PageCraft account privacy

POP NX WORLD CO., LTD. processes your verified email, display name, linked sign-in methods, account ID, sign-in sessions and purchase/entitlement records to provide login and VIP access.

Cloudflare hosts the account API and its private account database. Google handles Google sign-in. PageCraft requests the OpenID Connect identity scopes openid, email and profile to verify your account. Email verification, support notifications and Stripe checkout remain disabled until the publisher configures those services. When enabled, Resend delivers verification codes and support notifications, and Stripe handles payment details.

Screenshots, lesson contents, annotations and exported documents are processed locally and are not uploaded automatically. If you submit feedback, the category, subject, message, optional reply email, app version, language and signed-in account ID are stored privately. Notification emails are sent through Resend to support@popnx.com.

Verification codes expire after 10 minutes. Customer sign-in sessions last up to 30 days. A signed VIP verification can be used offline for the limited period shown in the app. Revoking a device prevents new online access; an existing offline verification may remain usable until its displayed expiry.

When online support is enabled, administrators use a separate allowlisted email OTP login and an eight-hour session cookie. Administrators can review reports, update their status, add internal notes and retry notification emails. Notes and status changes are not emailed automatically to the reporter.

Account and purchase records are retained to operate and restore VIP access. Reports are retained for support until the publisher handles a deletion request or applies its retention process. Contact privacy@popnx.com for data requests.
